  • Our establishment is fully compliant with all aspects of the Victorian Code of Practice, and we are an approved member of DAB (Domestic Animal Business) in Victoria.
  • The dogs are housed in rooms that are temperature controlled, so the animals experience optimal conditions at all times.
  • We are regularly audited by the local authorities, who confirm we comply with all requirements and regulations.

A Guarantee We are Proud to Uphold

 

We are confident of the animals we supply, and all our Aussiedoodle puppies are sold with a satisfaction guarantee as set out below:

 

  • If a puppy is returned within three days of sale for whatever reason, we will gladly take back the dog and refund seventy-five per cent of the original purchase price.
  • If a dog is returned within twenty-one days accompanied by a certificate from a vet that confirms an underlying medical condition that can be verified, we will refund one hundred per cent of the purchase price.
  • If a dog suffers from any medical condition or passes away from a condition that can be traced to the time of breeding, up to three years after purchase, then we will need proof and to verify the condition independently. Our investigations are necessary to inform future breeding practices. In these exceptional circumstances, we will refund the purchaser fully.
