A Guarantee We are Proud to Uphold
We are confident of the puppies we supply, and all our breeds are sold with a satisfaction guarantee as set out below:
- If a puppy is returned within three days of sale for whatever reason, we will gladly take back the dog and refund seventy-five per cent of the original purchase price.
- If a dog is returned within twenty-one days accompanied by a certificate from a vet that confirms an underlying medical condition that can be verified, we will refund one hundred per cent of the purchase price.
- If a dog suffers from any medical condition or passes away from a condition that can be traced to the time of breeding, up to three years after purchase, then we will need proof and to verify the condition independently. Our investigations are necessary to inform future breeding practices. In these exceptional circumstances, we will refund the purchaser fully.
